Please use these directions as arriving at the District via Federal Street to Jordan Avenue poses some restriction on the height of your vehicle.  You will encounter a railroad trussel with a posted vehicle height restriction of ten feet nine inches (10' 9").

 

The Brunswick Sewer District is located in a densely populated residential area.  As a courtesy to those residents, please observe the posted speed signs.  Thank you for your consideration to our neighbors.

 

 

 

1. From North West of Brunswick:

 
  •  
 Follow Interstate Route 295 (not the Maine Turnpike) to Exit 31 for Topsham, Maine.
  •  
 Take the second  Exit 31 onto Route 196 East.
  •  
 Continue on Route 196 East approximately two miles, staying in the left hand lane to exit onto Route 1 North.
  •  
 Continue on Route 1 North and exit at the first exit – Cooks Corner exit, stay in the right hand lane and proceed to the first traffic light.  Turn right onto Bath Road.
 
  •  
 Follow Bath Road for about one-half mile.  (you will go through three traffic lights)
  •  
 Turn right onto Jordan Avenue.  This is your first right after the three traffic lights.  Look for the blue “Brunswick Sewer District” sign.
Proceed along Jordan Avenue for about one mile.
Turn right at Riverview Drive.  (Riverview Drive will be the first right you can take - again look for the blue “Brunswick Sewer District” sign.)

 Follow Riverview Drive for one block, approximately 300 feet, to its intersection with Pine Tree Road on the right.
  •  
 Take  Pine Tree Road to its end, approximately 0.1 mile.
  •  
 Brunswick Sewer District Administrative Offices are located at the end of Pine Tree Road, on the right in a one‑story yellow masonry building.

 

2. From East of Brunswick:

 

  •  
 Follow Route 1 South to the Cooks Corner exit in Brunswick.
  •  
 Exit at the Cooks Corner exit, stay in the right hand lane and proceed to the first traffic light.  Turn right onto Bath Road.
  •  
 Follow Bath Road for about one-half mile.  (will go through three traffic lights)
  •  
 Turn right onto Jordan Avenue.  This is your first right after the three traffic lights.  Look for the blue “Brunswick Sewer District” sign.
  •  
 Proceed along Jordan Avenue for about one mile.
  •  
 Turn right at Riverview Drive.  (Riverview Drive will be the first right you can take - again look for the blue “Brunswick Sewer District” sign.)
Follow Riverview Drive for one block, approximately 300 feet, to its intersection with Pine Tree Road on the right.
Take Pine Tree Road to its end, approximately 0.1 mile.
  •  
 Brunswick Sewer District Administrative Offices are located at the end of Pine Tree Road, on the right in a one‑story yellow masonry building.

 

3. From South of Brunswick:

 

  •  
 Follow Interstate Route 295 (not the Maine Turnpike) to Exit 28 for Brunswick, Maine.
  •  
 Take Exit 28 and follow it straight for 1.0 mile.  The exit becomes Route 1 North.
  •  
 Follow Route 1 North where it branches to the left and continue along Route 1 for about two miles.
  •  
 Exit at the Cooks Corner exit, stay in the right hand lane and proceed to the first traffic light.  Turn right onto Bath Road.
  •  
 Follow Bath Road for about one-half mile.  (will go through three traffic lights)
