The District will attempt to provide such services and-or make such repairs as it deems necessary, and to the extent it deems necessary, TO PREVENT, LIMIT OR REMEDY THE EMERGENCY SITUATION. |

The provision of said aid is dependent on, and limited to, the availability of District personnel and equipment. |

3. |
The Owner-Operator of the system requesting assistance will have made a best faith effort to address the situation and determine that the assistance of the District is necessary, prior to contacting the District. |

| |
|
4. |
The Owner-Operator of the system requesting assistance will assist the District in whatever manner deemed necessary by the District. |

|
|
| |
|
5. |
The Owner of the system requesting assistance will reimburse the District at the rates and conditions currently in use, as set forth in a bill for the services provided. |

| |

6. |
It is understood that billing rates established by the District for such services may not necessarily be competitive with services available in the commercial market. |

|
| |

7. |
Services provided by the District may be limited to dealing with the emergency situation only. Follow-up repairs or maintenance will be the responsibility of the system Owner-Operator. |
